First Day of Summer Camp

Welcome to our first day of Summer Camp!

Camp is just part of every child's summer experience. Nowadays, there are so many different types of camps, that there is really something for every hobby and activity that your children can enjoy participating in.
Here at Paper Lane, we surely offer a fun and creative way of summer camp: scrapbooking and cake decorating!

The excitement began yesterday, July 5, 2009 in our first day of camp. The kids were told to bring their baby pictures and each of them made wonderful and cute lay outs of their photos. We certainly felt the kids' excitement as they cut, glue and design their layouts.
The Junior scrappers had a great time using die-cutting machine and they were able to finish 2 baby layouts in a short time. We were really impressed of how creative these kids are.

During the break, they ate fresh fruits, yummy cupcakes and cinnamon bread from our very own bakeshop, Sweet Lane. We also had some games and the kids were very eager to dance Hannah Montana's Hoedown Throwdown. After the break, the kids made pretty greeting cards for them to take home and show to their very supportive parents.

All of the kids had a great time on their first day of Camp. It only proved that you are never too young to learn and enjoy the art of scrapbooking!

Till our next update!
